Caroline Menendez, Kindergarten Crew Leader, grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She spent a few years teaching pre-school and skiing in the mountains before moving to Denver. In Denver, Caroline taught Kindergarten for two years at Tollgate Elementary of Expeditionary Learning, where she was introduced and fell in love with EL Education. Caroline loves being part of the DDES crew and loves teaching the Ways of the Blue Bear as well as spending time with her crew exploring outside. In her free time, Caroline enjoys skiing, bike riding, hiking in Colorado and spending time with friends and her puppy Milly.
